Medication Review

We perform a thorough review of your medications and answer your questions. We confirm why you are taking a drug, how you should take it, and if there are any interactions or side effects.  If we feel a medication isn't necessary, we will make a deprescribing recommendation to your prescriber.

People are prescribed many medications; we want to ensure that you understand what you take and why.

Our services are conducted in person, especially for the initial visit.  Follow up visits may be available via Telehealth on a case-by-case basis.
